Yes. You can use Instant
Messenger (IM) programs with Qaccess. However, Qaccess
does not have its own IM program. You can utilize any
of the popular instant messaging programs, including,
but not limited to, AOL
Instant Messenger, Yahoo
Instant Messenger, ICQ,
and MSN Messenger.
