Can I
use an ATM or debit card to pay? back to
top Yes. You can use your debit card as long as it has
a Visa or MasterCard logo on it.
When
will the first charge to my account take place? back to
top Qaccess will process your first charge the
first day of your signup. The charge may be immediate or delayed up to 72
hours.
Can I pay by check or money order? back to
top Yes, Qaccess does accept payment by check or money order, although we will charge an additional fee of $2 per
month if you want an invoice or reminder to pay for service each
month. Please be advised that Qaccess will impose a returned check fee
up to the maximum allowed by law on any check returned for any reason.

Does Qaccess accept direct withdrawal from my

top Yes, we can set up automatic withdrawal from your
checking or savings account. We'll just need the bank routing number and
your account number. There is no additional charge for this service.
How do I change my credit card / billing

When does
billing take place for monthly accounts? back to
top Qaccess does automatic recurring billing. Your billing is done on the anniversary of your signup date.
Why was my credit card
declined? back to
top If your credit card was declined when you signed up, this may be caused by several factors. Our system
does extensive fraud checking. You need to be sure you enter the
exact name and address that the credit card company has on file.
This is done to protect you, the user from fraudulent use of your
credit card. Also, If your credit card company issues you a new
card with a different expiration date, you'll need to let us know.
I signed up but never
started using the account, will I be charged? back to
top As with most Internet companies, Qaccess charges as soon as your
information is accepted by our system. Qaccess charges monthly per
account regardless of account usage.
I
prepaid for your service, how do I renew my account? back to
top All accounts are automatically renewed at the end
of the prepay term.
Can I change
my billing date? back to
top Currently, Qaccess has one billing cycle that
occurs within the last 7 days of each month.
